• Starting with New Employee Orientation/Basic Customer Service Training, you gain information and motivation to grow with Sycuan.

• Formalized department training focusing on specific needs that meet the goals of the department and organization

• Computer Applications Training - Focusing on the Microsoft Office Suite of applications such as Word,Powerpoint and Excel. Classes are available to all employees free of charge.

• Mandatory Supervisory Training Certificate Program that gives supervisors and managers the tools and resources necessary to perform at the high standards that Sycuan requires.

• Kumeyaay Community College. An accredited two-year post secondary institution of learning. Kumeyaay Community College offers courses in computers, English as second language, Native American culture and heritage and fine arts.
